Bracks (pictured below) has attributed a lot of her success managing and running some of the most successful fitness businesses in Australia to her wonderful network of support.
As she explains "support is critical to helping you learn, grow, share some laughs, keep each other accountable and push the limits to achieve what was once the unachievable. Having an amazing bunch of close friends in the fitness industry has really been instrumental in my success and I want to be able to give other women who work in the fitness industry the same opportunities."
Women in Fitness was created for women who work in all roles in the fitness industry to share ideas, motivate each other, give proven tips on business, learn from each other and help encourage each other to build successful fitness businesses with a support network.
