Wodonga’s new trampoline arena offers complete fun environment

Trampoline arena operator Supatramp, owned by former AFL star David Schwarz, has opened its second centre in the Victorian country town of Wodonga.

Occupying 2000 metre², the $2 million facility is centred on more than 100 connected trampolines and also includes a dodgeball arena, high-ropes course and Supa Slam court.

Supatramp is Wodonga’s first trampoline entertainment venue and follows a similar complex, Flip Out, opening in North Albury in 2015.

The Wodonga location is the second Supatramp centre, with the first opening in the Geelong suburb of Grovedale in 2015.

Schwarz told local media “we’re very excited about bringing Supatramp to Wodonga – we know how to provide a full on fun experience for the kids and the parents – and our combination of equipment in the complex is second to none.

“It’s a big investment in Wodonga, but we know the region will get great use out of it.”

Play equipment in the facility was supplied by Imagination Play who are proud to have installed what they say is “a complete environment of full-on-fun for all ages and abilities, where visitors can jump, climb and play.”

An Imagination Play statement advises “(the) connected trampolines ... give visitors the power and excitement they need to bounce as high as they dare. Jumpers can also get creative, executing flips and tricks with a soft landing onto a safe-air mat. This area is perfect for all ages and abilities to practice their next level tricks with the confidence of a well-cushioned landing.

“For those looking for something more challenging, there are dodgeball courts - where traditional dodgeball meets trampoline fun (while) the high-ropes course is perfect for thrill seekers young and old, with a challenge at every twist and turn that will have users bursting with excitement as they make their way through the elevated obstacles.

“For the younger children, Imagination Play has created a three-storey jungle-themed indoor playground. This fully enclosed playground is a top quality structure that ensures a safe and secure environment for play. Children can climb, crawl and slide their way around the space.

“The dedicated playspace includes a small trampoline fitted with soft padded seats, giving parents the chance to teach their toddlers the art of bouncing in a highly interactive manner. This mind-blowing, multi-level, totally enclosed climbing structure gives children a safe space to explore, under the watchful eye of parents.”
