The Venue Management Association (VMA) has launched a new name, new logo and new website for its annual Venue Management School (VMS).
Formerly known as the PVMS (Public Venue Management School) the 2011 VMS will take place from 6th to 11th November 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove on Queensland's Gold Coast.
The School - formerly known as PVMS - has been growing year on year since it started in 1994 and boasts an Alumni of over 500 graduates.
The VMS now has a dedicated website for potential attendess to find out about the school, the curriculum, the venue and how to apply.
VMA General Manager John Glenn explains "the VMA proudly offers the School each year as our major investment in the future of our industry. And this year we present a new name, logo and website to give applicants a one-stop shop of information for this tremendous program.
"Many venues and companies that service the venue industry continue to send students every year, recognising this is the best way for their staff to get a thorough grounding in all areas of venue management. And we continue to be blessed with the brightest and the best leaders of our industry who give their time freely to instruct at the School."
