VMA holds latest 'After Five' function at Melbourne's Federation Square
The latest of the Venue Management Association's (VMA) 'After Five' events is to be held in Melbourne on Thursday 15th September 2011.
The event, being held at Zinc at Federation Square, will be addressed by Patrick Ness, Design Director of Cox Architecture in Melbourne.
Ness will address the topic of 'masterplanning'.
Presenter: Patrick Ness is Design Director for Cox's Melbourne office and former Chair of the national practice.
As Design Director, Patrick is responsible for the concept design and review of all the designs produced in the office for projects based in Melbourne, Singapore and Malaysia.
He is also a member of the Design Panel of the National Executive Committee for Cox Architecture. Patrick's recent projects include AAMI Park and Melbourne University's new learning hub, the Eastern Precinct Project, as well as Icehouse sports centre in Docklands and the Melbourne Olympic Park Master Plan.
He is currently working on the redevelopment of Fed Square, Adelaide Oval and MCG and speaks regularly at university and industry engagements.
The function starts at 5.30pm and is expected to conclude by 7.30pm.
