Triniteq’s new POS software offered free to struggling Australian hospitality businesses

Australian technology and services provider, Triniteq, has announced they are offering struggling Australian hospitality and retail businesses their latest Australian-made, cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) technology free for 6 months (terms and conditions apply).

Triniteq, has been developing and providing reliable, full-featured POS software to the Australian hospitality and retail industries for over 20 years.

Following the about-turn required of hospitality earlier this year, online ordering is integral to today’s hospitality venues, so it was critical that PowerEPOS launched with it available and ready to meet demand.

Triniteq’s new cloud-based POS software, PowerEPOS, provides hospitality venues and retail outlets with software designed to transform operations and increase revenues.

The latest POS software on the market, PowerEPOS, is simple to use, easy to program, flexible and scalable, and now access to this POS powerhouse is free for 6 months.

Triniteq’s Chief Executive, Shaun Munro a former restaurateur, executive chef, and hotel manager said that the development of PowerEPOS was four years in the making, with extensive POS and industry experience feeding into the user-friendly design.

Munro advises “we’re so excited it’s finally here and ready to deliver. We know that PowerEPOS will make a big difference to our customers’ profitability. We understand that now, more than ever, local businesses need support to help them recover and grow.

“Instead of just selling PowerEPOS through the usual channels, we developed this bold offer to provide real help to local operators, a welcome relief after recent industry setbacks and an uncertain future.”

“Aussie business owners and operators deserve a break. Witnessing the shock and chaos experienced by many local businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, we formulated our offer to provide vital support, joining the other lifelines available through government departments,” he added.

Equipped to offer online ordering through Mobi2Go and UberEats add-ons, MYOB, Xero, and popular payment platforms such as Tyro and Linkly (formerly PC-EFTPOS) are also available through PowerEPOS, with many more add-ons in the pipeline.

In Western Australia, Bassendean Bowling Club Manager, Simon Alden notes “when we needed to update our club POS we were after a system that was easy to use and tracked stock and inventory, as well as allowing us to easily manage bar tabs and member accounts.

“Our Triniteq system ticks all the boxes and has loads of functionality we will be deploying in the future such as memberships and targeted loyalty promotions. Before Triniteq we found it hard to manage leakage but now accuracy and stock control is vastly improved. The system does exactly what we needed it to.”

HBF Park Venue Manager, Hilary Mangazva adds “we had the pleasure of working with Triniteq on upgrading the stadium’s point of sale as well as the installation of our integrated, contactless EFTPOS across the venue, and they did not disappoint.

“Triniteq took the time to understand our business and tailor the system to our needs producing a product which not only fit, but best benefited our organisation. Since the changes, we have seen a reduction in transaction times and increase in spend per head.”

In NSW, Craig Goldberg from Hurricanes Corporate Services - Hurricanes Grill, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Brighton Le Sands advised "Hurricanes has been in business for 25 years and we’ve been using the Triniteq POS system across our multiple sites for 15 years, so it has certainly evolved with our business. We’ve always found it easy to use which is a must for our busy, full-service restaurants.

“We added Waiterpads for mobile ordering a few years back to maximise staff efficiency and provide better service which are still in use today.”

Voyager Estate Margaret River Cellar Door Manager, Janine Carter also enthused “we are delighted with the work carried out in set up and installation of a new pos system for our very busy cellar door and restaurant. Voyager Estate believes in integrity, style and excellence and we also expect this from our contractors, which is what we have received from Triniteq. They have made the transition from one system to another as easy as possible for all of our staff.”
