Ticketmaster announces multi-year partnership extension with Crown Resorts

Ticketmaster Australia and Crown Resorts are to extend their partnership with a multi-year deal, with Ticketmaster continuing as the exclusive ticketing partner for Crown’s theatre and music venues throughout Australia.

Innovation will remain at the forefront of the partnership, and the renewal will empower Crown to maximise Ticketmaster's distributed commerce platform, extending events through leading streaming services, video platforms, online travel agencies, and event aggregators.

By leveraging Ticketmaster’s exclusive distribution technology, Crown will gain a cost-effective solution to expand its presence beyond Australia.

In an Australian first with Ticketmaster, Crown will also partner with Headout, a leading online travel marketplace, to enhance its event reach. This collaboration will connect Crown’s events with Headout’s global audience across 300 cities, driving increased ticket sales through their travel and experiences marketplace.

Announcing the extension, Ticketmaster Australia Managing Director, Gavin Taylor stated “Ticketmaster and Crown Resorts have enjoyed a long-standing partnership, united by a shared vision to deliver a world-class ticketing experience for fans. We are excited to extend our partnership, continuing our joint efforts to grow audiences, drive innovation and provide fans with unparalleled access to top-tier events."

Judy Vince, Group General Manager Crown Theatres of Crown Resorts, added “we’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Ticketmaster to elevate the live entertainment experience across our venues.

“With the upcoming renovation of The Palms at Crown Melbourne and the world-class shows regularly hosted at Crown Perth, this collaboration ensures our guests have seamless access to some of the most unforgettable performances in the country. It’s an exciting step forward as we continue to bring unforgettable entertainment to our guests and community.”
