Ticketmaster Australia renews VenuesWest partnership

Ticketmaster Australia has announced the renewal of its partnership with VenuesWest for an additional five years – continuing a relationship that has already existed for 20 years.

Since the inception of this partnership, Ticketmaster Australia has successfully facilitated the ticketing of hundreds of events at VenuesWest venues, including international concerts, sporting events, and family shows, serving millions of fans.

Under the extension, Ticketmaster will continue to be the ticketing provider for several iconic venues managed by VenuesWest on behalf of the Western Australian Government, including HBF Park and HBF Stadium.

Gavin Taylor, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Australia, advised “Ticketmaster Australia is proud to continue being a key partner in delivering best-in-class technology and creating outstanding events for fans.

“We believe in and deeply value our partnership approach with clients as shown through our long-standing association with VenuesWest. We have consistently contributed to the success of hundreds of events by delivering faultless onsales and quick and easy entry for fans. We will continue to nurture our strong relationship, maintain high levels of service, and deliver innovation and fan-focused products and technology with VenuesWest over the next five years.”

VenuesWest Chief Operating Officer, Peter Bauchop added “I’m delighted to continue our partnership with Ticketmaster Australia. Together we will build the future of World Class Events coming to Western Australia and bring to life our vision of being Australia’s leading provider of sports and entertainment precincts and venues while fulfilling our purpose of supporting high-performance sports and delivering world-class experiences.

“Our team will work closely with Ticketmaster to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our content providers and will deliver the best ticketing end-to-end journey for our customers.”
