The Sebastian Foundation and LES MILLS BARRE partnership launches
LES MILLS BARRE has launched a new partnership with The Sebastian Foundation - founded by Guy and Jules Sebastian - which aims to make a difference in the lives of families impacted by domestic violence, serious illness and underprivilege.
LES MILLS BARRE, the latest Les Mills program to launch in gyms across the country, is a classic balletic inspired workout that provides participants with the opportunity to escape the everyday and aims to empower women.
It encourages participants to achieve new goals within the support of a like-minded community.
The Sebastian Foundation Manager Rebecca Oxenbould says The Sebastian Foundation is happy to partner with a like-minded organisation, commenting "BARRE is a class we hope will resonate with many of our supporters, and simultaneously we hope our foundation will resonate with many Les Mills lovers.
"The idea Les Mills promotes of community support and empowerment is similar to what The Sebastian Foundation embodies and we are truly grateful for the support of Les Mills."
The partnership will allow The Sebastian Foundation to fund a specific project to benefit a community going through a tough time in Australia.
Gyms that partner with LES MILLS BARRE before 30th June 2018 will have the chance to win a mentoring workshop with Jules Sebastian in their club.
LES MILLS BARRE is modern and elegant workout that targets the glutes, legs and core. Designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
