Sydney to host the biggest fitness party of the year

Coinciding with the upcoming Fitness Show in Sydney, the Reebok Les Mills Live event is being staged at the International Convention Centre Sydney on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April.

Set to attract more than a thousand participants, the event features sees exercisers work out in unison to the latest releases of Les Mills’ group workouts including Bodypump, Bodybalance and Bodyattack.

Showcasing pre-release programs, not yet available in clubs, and presented by program directors, program coaches and trainers and presenters the event features the latest music and moves in a rock concert atmosphere.

Beyond this weekend, a series of Reebok Les Mills Live events will be held around Australia.

Throughout the year these Workshops are normally a more intimate, educational event. Reebok Les Mills Live however is all about the party and the people in a rock concert atmosphere. The energy of participating in the classes you love (or love to hate!) with 500+ fitness freaks will be indescribable.
