Suppliers showcased at URBNSURF Melbourne Worksafe Tradies Challenge

The WorkSafe Tradies Challenge, presented by Kemppi Australia and supported by Board LAB and Surfing Victoria was held yesterday at URBNSURF Melbourne and delivered a massive day of surfing competition along with an opportunity for suppliers to be showcased.

The event, in its 9th year brought together surfing tradies from around the state to Australia’s first wave park - offering a relaxed and fun surfing competition.

Surfers competed in a unique format across the day used in the Masters, Open and Bodyboard divisions.

Along with the premium URBNSURF waves the surfers enjoyed Worksafe tradie packs, Hello Sauna’s relaxing sauna and an exciting range of demo boards from Board LAB.

 Board LAB were on hand throughout the day showcasing their range of boards and offering free board demos. Board LAB offers a wide range of surfboards and hardware from the world’s leading surf brands.

Traditional Finnish Sauna on wheels, Hello Sauna were also in attendance giving spectators and competitors a chance to enjoy the age-old tradition of sauna therapy. From promoting relaxation and stress relief to enhancing circulation and detoxification, the sauna experience encompasses a holistic approach to well-being. The combination of heat, steam, and therapeutic effects brings about muscle relaxation, alleviates pain and contributes to a healthy complexion through skin cleansing and rejuvenation.

Along with the premium URBNSURF waves the surfers enjoyed Worksafe tradie packs, Hello Sauna’s relaxing sauna and an exciting range of demo boards thanks to Boardlab throughout the day.
