The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) is to hold its 2015 Leadership Conference in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, taking industry professionals behind the scenes of the United Arab Emirates’ attractions to discover how a deep-seeded culture of service has enabled the region to grow into a world-renowned leisure destination.

Set to take place from 10th to 12th March 2015 the Conference will enable delegates from around the world to learn from real-life examples of how facilities have built great customer experiences by defining a strategy, integrating technology, taking a disciplined approach to brand management, and ensuring staff commitment to excellence.

Attendees will discover proven strategies and network with industry colleagues, take guided tours of some of the region’s most famous attractions, including:

• Atlantis
• Burj Khalifa
• Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
• IMG Worlds of Adventure
• Ski Dubai
• Wild Wadi Waterpark
• Yas Waterworld

Introducing the program, IAAPA President and Chief Executive Paul Noland explains “given the number of entertainment choices people have today, parks and attractions must deliver exceptional guest experiences to set their business apart and keep people coming back.

“There’s no better place to experience outstanding service first-hand than Dubai, and I’m confident leaders from all attraction types will take away the innovative ideas and tools they need to develop first-rate guest experiences that drive return visits and revenue.”
