Precor backs Zap Fitness’ 31st club opening

Tasmanian-based 24/7 fitness group Zap Fitness has opened its 31st club in the Vodafone building in the Hobart CBD.

Equipped with the award winning and innovative Precor Experience Series and Discovery Strength Equipment and backed with Precor powered by Preva Networked Fitness, the gym has been described as “a game changer for the Tasmanian health and fitness industry.”

Zap opened their first gym at Rosny close to Blundstone Arena in 2008, and operates 24/7 gyms across Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia. The new gym is the group's 21st gym in Tasmania.

Late last year it raised its profile nationally, sponsoring the Big Bash League’s Hobart Hurricanes.
