New Structure for Parrimark's New Business
International events industry software provider Parrimark Technology has announced the implementation of a new internal board structure in response to increased business levels and to further service its customers to an optimum level.
The board will work to establish Parrimarkâs objectives and policies across the entire global operation, defining and implementing growth strategies and insuring and taking responsibility for financial operations.
Current General Manager for Asia Pacific, James Pegum will take up position as Chief Executive for Parrimark, following an increased directive and responsibility in the UK operation. Pegum will become responsible for total management of the company and will report to the board of directors.
Michael Scroop will move from his current role as Managing Director to Executive Chairman, aiding the Chief Executive in overseeing all of Parrimarkâs operational activities including project planning and development delivery, sales, market research and many other areas.
As Scroop explains, âformalising the board structure and appointing several non-executive directors will provide perspective and experience in areas of strategic importance to Parrimark â creating an entrepreneurial environment while maintaining the principles of good corporate governance.?
Scroop will retain overall responsibility for Parrimark, engineering and controlling its current growth and expansion in the future and in addition will oversee all project developments, activities and related business. His ultimate aim however, will remain in generating significant financial returns and driving sustainable development.
