New owner sought for Merimbula's Magic Mountain

Merimbula's Magic Mountain amusement park on the NSW Sapphire Coast is up for sale.

Tenders to purchase the award-winning freehold and family-run business are currently being invited by commercial real estate specialists Burgess Rawson.

Established 30 years ago the 'walk in, walk out' business opportunity presents an ideal opportunity for lifestyle change or corporate investor.

With its toboggan track, Grand Prix cars, rollercoaster, waterslides, jumping castle, mini golf, 'Triassic' dinosaur park and performing arts stage, the amusement park has, in the last year, been awarded a place in Trip Advisor's Travellers' Choice Award for the Top 10 Amusement Parks and Water Parks in the South Pacific and was also awarded a Bronze medal in the 2013 NSW South Coast Regional Awards for Excellence in Tourism.

Sitting on over 18 hectares of land, the attraction offers considerable scope for future development.

Tenders to purchase the attraction need to be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday 12th March 2014.
