Approaching its 10th anniversary Perth’s RAC Arena launches new premium products

Perth’s RAC Arena has announced the launch of two new premium products - Concert Club and Vantage - to enhance its exclusive suite level offering.

Launched to coincide with the venue’s 10 year anniversary celebrations, Stephen Clarke, formerly of Perth dining institution Clarke’s of North Beach and now executive chef at QT Perth’s award-winning Santini Bar and Grill, Rooftop at QT and QT Café, has been hand-picked by RAC Arena General Manager Michael Scott to collaborate with executive chef Paul Beard to produce stunning new menus focussing on fresh, sustainable, and quality local ingredients.

Commenting on the collaboration, Clarke explains “it's an honour to be working with the esteemed Paul Beard and his team at RAC Arena to deliver an elevated offering at one of Perth’s most iconic venues.

“The talent, drive and work ethic in Paul’s kitchen is second to none and I can't wait for people to experience our brand-new menus on suite level. To be composing menus that are tailor made for each event, whilst show casing West Australian produce, is a chefs dream.”

For close to two decades highly awarded sommelier Emma Farrelly’s talent and passion for the wine industry has produced award-winning wine lists across top venues in Perth. Emma is currently the director of wine for the State Buildings & Como the Treasury.

Welcoming her new consulting role at RAC Arena, Farrelly advises “when I'm not working, I'm such a huge live music fan, so to combine my love for wine and live entertainment is a dream gig.

“To curate this list and imagine the experiences people will be having whilst enjoying these wines is such a cool, unique brief and I thank Michael Scott for giving me the opportunity.”

Explaining the appointments, Scott notes “we at the Arena are so excited to welcome Stephen and Emma as part of our extended team, which already includes a number of hospitality specialists from renowned Perth establishments.

“We are so proud of our award-winning catering team, led by Kyllie Graham, and the food and beverage offering they are able to deliver to 15,000 + crowds.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with two outstanding talents in their field to elevate this offering even further.”

The new products will allow businesses and individuals to now be a part of the exclusive suite level at RAC Arena in a more approachable capacity. Vantage and Concert Club are designed to allow buy-in in smaller numbers, as opposed to the traditional, separate 12 or 18 seat annual suites.

• Vantage guests will enjoy first-class entertainment and memorable experiences in the curated company of Perth’s corporate community. Vantage is an intimate and stylish shared suite consisting of 36 seats sold in tables of six, hired on a 24 month agreement.

• Concert Club is a supersized shared suite with a relaxed, fun and inclusive atmosphere. Hosting the world’s best live music, sport, family and comedy shows in the heart of Perth city, this club is one everyone wants to join.

Comprising 96 seats sold in multiples of two, hired on a 24-month agreement, it includes a plentiful cocktail menu designed by Stephen Clarke and Paul Beard with premium beverages and a wine list by Emma Farrelly.

Concert Club and Vantage are currently on sale.

RAC Arena is managed by ASM Global on behalf of VenuesWest.
