Luna Park Melbourne to celebrate Christmas in July

With tinsel, Christmas lights and baubles Luna Park Melbourne is set to be transformed into a winter wonderland during the upcoming school holidays as it celebrates Christmas in July.

From 28th June to 13th July, the heritage amusement park will offer Christmas-style cheer with free admission and entertainment for all.

The attraction will dispay the spirit of Christmas with magical snowfalls every hour and Santa and his snowman handing out candy canes galore.

To add to the festive frivolity, Luna Park Melbourne will also welcome back, by popular demand, the ‘Body Rock’ - a family thrill ride for all ages.

The Luna Park Melbourne Winter Kitchen will also be dishing up piping hot soup and snacks to keep everyone nice and warm while children can get their faces painted for free or are chasing the Snow King and Queen stilt walkers around the park.

Looking forward to the festivities, a Luna Park Melbourne spokesperson stated “at 101 years young, Melbourne’s Luna Park is having more fun than ever before!”
