Love Athletica announces its first South Australian Pilates studio opening

Expanding its fitness and wellness offerings in Australia, premier Pilates Studio - Love Athletica - has opened its first South Australian studio in the Adelaide suburb of Norwood.

Love Athletica redefines the Pilates experience with dynamic workouts that blend strength training, bodyweight exercises, HIIT, and restorative yoga. It's more than just a workout; it's a workout experience designed to leave clients focused on their journey, not just the results. The warm and welcoming trainers at Love Athletica create a community where everyone is welcome and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.

Love Athletica Norwood will continue the brand's ethos and tradition by offering its signature classes: Athletic for low-impact, high-energy workouts; Athletic Plus for those wanting to challenge and progress their training; and Athletic +15 Flow, which is their signature Athletic class with an extended 15-minute calming stretch and yoga flow.

Known for offering more than just a typical Pilates class, all clients will feel at home in a welcoming space among a team of dedicated and passionate trainers.

Love Athletica prides itself on its design, curated by co-owner and interior designer, Caroline Knipe. The Norwood studio boasts an inviting space, crafting a visually stunning environment characterised by lofty ceilings, abundant natural light, a sense of spaciousness, and distinctive elements that exemplify the Love Athletica brand.

The studio is designed to provide an inviting and tranquil ambience, cultivating an environment conducive to relaxation and personal growth. Fitness enthusiasts can expect expert instructors, top-of-the-line equipment, and a wide variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels. The studio will feature an energetic House and R&B playlists to create a lively and motivating atmosphere.  

To celebrate the opening of Love Athletica Norwood, the studio is offering five classes for just $40, giving locals an opportunity to embrace the Love Athletica way and welcoming Adelaidians into the Love Athletica family.
