Lift Brands continues to experience franchise growth
International gym franchisor, Lift Brands, continues to experience growth in its extensive network of Snap Fitness and 9Round clubs across Australia and New Zealand, with the group expecting a 25% increase in franchises from December 2021 by the end of 2025.
This is following a string of award wins by the Lift Brands group including having secured the Best Fitness Franchise at the Global Franchise Awards in April, and most recently named Fitness/Wellness Company of the Year at The Fit Summit Awards 2022.
Lift Brands APAC Chief Executive' Chris Caldwell advised “the fitness industry globally has been through a challenging period over the last few years but recognition such as the Best Fitness Franchise globally as well as the best fitness/wellness company in Asia Pacific is testament to the effort, commitment and dedication of our network.
“Our franchise team is one of the best in the world, living up to our ONETEAM mentality, where they feel supported and excited about the brand. The ONETEAM ethos is bred by the fact that our franchisees’ success is our success.”
Caldwell, who was also recently named Executive of the Year at The Fit Summit Awards 2022, predicts the group’s leading gym brand Snap Fitness will welcome 18 new franchises across Australia and New Zealand in 2022, noted "since the brand’s expansion into Australia and New Zealand in 2009, Snap Fitness will achieve a key milestone in 2022 opening its 300th club, with new franchisees joining the team and existing franchisees expanding their portfolios.
“By 2025, we expect to see an additional 65 franchises open across Australia and New Zealand.”
With extensive support for franchisees from location sourcing to ongoing growth, Snap Fitness is also rated five stars on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale by research and franchise business intelligence firm FRANdata.
Caldwell went on to explain “our tried and tested business model means franchisees are stepping into a well- developed, structured business they can mould into their own,”
“As part of a global group of brands, franchisees have access to support in location sourcing, initial and ongoing training, business development support, and the chance to attend not-to-be-missed events such as the Lift Brands APAC Summit.
“At this year’s Lift Brands APAC Summit, we saw more than 500 delegates come together to make connections, memories and take away the learnings, drive, and passion to go from good to great.
“With guest speakers, trade exhibitions, breakout sessions, and social and awards events, our delegates are armed with the tools to take their business to the next level.
“We’re always looking for new franchisees with a passion for the fitness and wellness industries to join our team. The business model and structure offered by Snap Fitness makes it a highly sought after and profitable investment.”
