Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa to stage first Wellness Weekend

Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa - located in the Victorian spa town of, Daylesford - has just released tickets to their inaugural Wellness Weekend in March 2024.

The property - whose mineral waters have the reputation as being synonymous with wellness - is just 1.5 hours from Melbourne’s CBD and is offering limited places at a weekend that promises to elevate your well-being and foster a sense of balance in your life for the year ahead.

Over two transformative days - 23rd and 24th March - guests will bathe in the mineral rich waters drawn directly from its natural source, enjoy spa treatments, healthy, delicious and nourishing meals, bushwalks, wellness workshops and much more.

Workshops and classes on offer will be led by Marye O’Brien, a qualified Ayurvedic health practitioner, Vedic Counseller, certified yoga teacher and founder of Maiaveda.

With O’Brien and her team, guests will be treated to a deep dive into Ayurvedic (the sister science to yoga) to discover who they are at an elemental level, as well as yoga classes, sound bath healing and meditation, Yoga Nidra and Qi Gong.

Of an evening, guests will unwind in their luxury villas, located on site at Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa.
