Gymnastics Clubs Australia’s 2023 Congress to welcome record attendance
Gymnastics Clubs Australia's 2023 National Congress, focused on the 'business of gymnastics and related activities' opens this weekend with record registrations across all the event's activities.
Being held at Tweed Heads in northern NSW, the Congress’ two days of conferencing on Monday and Tuesday feature at its core while other highlights include the True Blue Migration Gymnastics Clubs Australia (GCA) Welcome Reception and Recognition Plus Awards Gala.
Indicators of the success of the event is the 'sold out' status of the Insights Tour of local clubs and the Congress Expo.
Also sold out is Wednesday's Leadership Masterclass with Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year, Bruce Sullivan.
Looking forward to the event, GCA Chief Executive, Ross Gage stated “the growing importance of the event is reflected in the acquisition of the Congress's first major sponsor - Recreation Gymnastics Australia (while) the ever-building sense of community is also a major factor".
Gage puts down much of the registrations down to the attraction of international industry guru, Jeff Metzger.
Metzger will be joined by two other Keynotes from the USA - Frank Sahlein and Lynn Ledford.
Gage added "the terrific support of our strategic sponsor - Destination NSW - has enabled GCA to bring out these amazing presenters.”
GCA's 2023 National Congress is being held from 23rd to 26th July.
