Global launch of new Precor Experience Series Commercial Treadmills

Leading commercial fitness supplier Precor has undertaken a global launch of its completely redesigned Experience™ Series commercial treadmill line, containing unique features and technology that sets it apart from other treadmill offerings on the market.

Introducing the development, a statement from Precor explains “the cornerstone of any quality fitness facility, Precor treadmills are well-known and loved because of their reliability, ease of service, low operating cost for operators, and ease of use for exercisers.

“Over the course of the past three years, we’ve conducted extensive research to gather valuable insights from operators, exercisers, and service providers. We incorporated many of the insights into the design of the new 885, 835, and 811 commercial treadmill models. “Thanks to this research, we know operators and exercisers alike will marvel at the quiet operation, quality materials, comfort, and efficiency that our new treadmills offer.”

Experience™ Series commercial treadmills offer:

Reliability
The new Experience™ Series features a redesigned frame that improves console stability while delivering a solid feel, durability, and quiet operation.

Energy Efficiency
The 4 HP AC motor drives in all of our new treadmills are optimized with Power Factor Correction (PFC) to improve performance, increase efficiency, and reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. This can add up to some great cost savings for facilities.

Engaging Consoles
Intuitive and interactive, each of the three treadmills has a different console, all of which provide users with the stats that they need to push themselves to keep going.

TRM 885 boasts the fun-to-use touch screen P80 console (the same one that is found on other products in the Precor Experience™ Series 880 Cardio Line) and can be networked with Preva®, Precor’s on-console, cloud-based software that helps exercisers set and keep track of their fitness goals.

TRMs 835 and 811 offer the P30 and P10 consoles, respectively. These LED-based consoles are simple to use and can be outfitted with an optional Personal Viewing System.

Active Status Light™
The Active Status Light™, a first-of-its-kind feature located on the bottom front of each Experience™ Series treadmill, allows facility operators and staff to quickly and easily assess the operating condition of their treadmills. It alerts club staffers at a mere glance when maintenance is needed to extend the life of the treadmill.

Integrated Footplant Technology™ (IFT)
As user’s foot speed changes as they change from walking to running and vice-versa, the Integrated Footplant Technology™ within the Experience™ Treadmill takes this into account. The belt speed adjusts to match exerciser’s strides, mimicking exercising outdoors. This creates an unparalleled smooth feel that makes each exerciser’s workout experience even better.

Ground Effects® Impact Control System (GFX)
Exercisers will love that the Experience™ Series treadmills contain the next generation of our patented cushioning, support, and stability system called Ground Effects®.

Precor have increased the shock absorption of GFX to 44% over the previous generation. This technology enhances execisers’ workouts by absorbing high-impact movements in the front of the belt, reducing the stress on joints, minimising fatigue, and allowing for a solid, more controlled push-off in the back of the belt.
