Funlab set to open new location in Melbourne's Point Cook
Funlab's ongoing expansion will see the Australian operator open its latest venue - a combined Holey Moley mini-golf and Strike Bowling facility - in the Melbourne suburb of Point Cook at the end of the month.
The 4,000 metre² location will include 24 lanes of Strike Bowling, alongside a laser tag arena and an arcade featuring VR games while Holey Moley will feature 18 heavily themed holes of mini-golf.
Funlab has also revealed that Blaise Witnish, its former Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, who first joined the business in 2011 as Chief Operating Officer, is to relocate to the USA to head Funlab's new North American operations.
With Holey Moley locations to open in Austin, Denver and San Francisco, Witnish will be acting Chief Executive and Chief Growth Officer for the venture.
The first of these locations, Holey Moley Denver, is set to open this month with a 27-hole venue at close to the city's CBD..
