FITREC welcomes Les Mills Asia Pacific to its community
FITREC has announced that will be providing greater promotion of learning opportunities from Les Mills Asia Pacific as well as sharing news, updates and insights from the Les Mills team.
In a statement, FITREC advised that it “has long been aware of the professional commitment of Les Mills certified instructors.
“This is evidenced by the fact that among the many hundreds of Les Mills qualified professionals registered with FITREC, more than 80% have a FITREC Rating in excess of the average across all registered professionals.
“Even more impressive, of just 19 professionals in Australia that currently have the highest possible FITREC rating of 300, six of those are Les Mills certified instructors.
Recognising that Les Mills qualified instructors already feature heavily among its community, FITREC founder and Managing Director, Dennis Hosking stated "the beauty of this new connection is that it will help us improve our understanding of the needs of both Les Mills Asia Pacific and their qualified instructors.
“This makes it easier for us to nuance the FITREC service to better meet the needs of qualified professionals. As with everything we do, the aim is to nurture longer and more successful fitness careers."
Hosking adds "we hope that more Les Mills qualified instructors will consider the value of FITREC when renewing their fitness registration. And not just for those instructors in Australia, we welcome the ability to support all Les Mills qualified instructors in New Zealand, Southeast Asia and beyond."
FITREC is a government recognised registration service for fitness professionals and businesses. FITREC provides industry-leading levels of transparency and accountability and has been instrumental in raising standards throughout the fitness industry.
