Fernwood Fitness Woden launches Clubbercise classes

ACT gym Fernwood Fitness Woden has advised that it has launched Clubbercise dance classes as part of its exercise programs.

Unveiled last Friday, Fernwood Fitness Woden advised that its newest class takes “place in a darkened fitness studio lit with disco lights (featuring) dance music spanning the 90s until now.”

Advising that the new group fitness class she knows members would love, Louise Hurst, Group Fitness Manager at Fernwood Fitness Woden told HerCanberra "we are always on the lookout for new classes to keep our members engaged."

Hurst advised that having been shown a Clubbercise video by Fernwood’s Head Office she waslucky to have instructors who were keen to learn the moves.

Advising that “it looked like a hell of a lot of fun”, Hurst stated “it’s not just dancing - it’s very easy to follow and a great cardio workout.

“The routines are very easy and there are high and low-impact options.

“It’s for all fitness levels, all ages, perfect for people who want a safer environment to dance and have fun in.”

Since launching in the UK in 2017 there are now more than 2000 Clubbercise classes taught worldwide.
