F45 Training set to reach 700 franchises worldwide

Fast-expanding fitness franchise F45 Training is on target to sell 700 franchises across the world by the end of 2016.

In just two years, the Australian-founded fitness phenomena has grown to over 500 franchises in 20 countries and is set on further expansion in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

F45 Training co-founder and Chief Executive Rob Deutsch said there are less than 50 territories left in Australia and anticipates the other markets will also adopt the business model at a rapid pace.

Deutsch stated "we have a head start in continuing our growth agenda across the globe with over 100 franchises already sold in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.”

F45 Training’s success derives from its innovative approach to fitness, a focus on innovation, world-class technology and a competitive low-cost business model.

Deutch adds "in addition to our unparalleled suite of training programs, its low-cost operating model uses process-driven systems and extensive in-house technology to scale the business efficiently and profitably.

"Owning an F45 Training studio offers franchisees an opportunity to improve the lives of their members, enjoy an enviable work/life balance and earn significant income regardless of industry experience."

The rapid growth of F45 Training is an indication that there is demand in the market for this unique fitness franchise. F45 fills the gap between a traditional gym where people pay a small membership fee to go and do their own thing, and a personal training session, which can be expensive.

Deutch continues “people are time-poor, but they still want to have a great workout with support and encouragement from a fitness professional.

“This is F45 Training’s point of difference. When you enter an F45 studio you get instant access to a dynamic and supportive team environment, led by world-class coaches who motivate and challenge members in each session.”

F45 Training offers members an unlimited array of functional training programs based on a high intensity interval training (HIIT) style workout. Using the best of strength and cardio training, the 45-minute sessions are designed to burn upwards of 750 calories.
