F45 Training offers functional training in a team environment
Advancing an innovative style of training which combines functional training in a team environment, F45 Training has proved to be a massive success since launching in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Mirroring the growing popularity of group training, F45 Training's rapid growth and business potential is now being licensed across Australia and will soon be operating in 50 locations (25 in NSW, one in Queensland, 10 in Victoria, 14 in Western Australia), with more locations to follow.
Highlighting that F45 Training combines the two most important trends in fitness, an F45 statement explains "nobody in Australia offers a system similar to F45 Training.
"F45 is (a) totally unique, dynamic and way ahead of the current health and fitness trends not only in Australia, but globally. Convenience, reputation and quality set us apart from our competitors.
"The F45 business provides clients with premium indoor functional fitness equipment (and) will thrive in any area where time is of the essence: from major urban centers to suburban neighborhoods packed with residents on the go.
"Our functional training work out regime burns 800 calories in just 45 minutes."
Established by former equities trader Rob Deutsch and personal trainer Luke Istomin - whose celebrity clients have included Hugh Jackman, Nicole Kidman, Baz Luhrmann and Leonardo DiCaprio - the pair have sought to make a serious mark on the fitness industry.
In creating F45 Training, they sought to develop a holistic approach to training, combining only the best parts of all cardio and resistance technique to deliver a unique group training experience.
In making F45 Training available for licensing across Australia, Deutsch and Istomin have put in place a series of systems, structure and controls to boost the success of licencees.
