Australian Institute of Fitness agrees career partnership with F45 Training

The Australian Institute of Fitness and F45 Training have teamed up to provide a range of new career opportunities for Fitness Professionals Australia wide.

The Institute has had a long association with the ever-expanding F45, graduating a number of its personal trainers, franchisees and even F45 Owner and co-founder Rob Deutsch.

As one of the leaders in fitness education in Australia, the Institute’s qualifited PTs are a perfect match for F45 who have developed their successful and innovative franchise system across Australia, and internationally.

Australian Institute of Fitness Head of Operations Sean Cosgrove comments “F45 is the fastest growing training facility in Australia right now, and we have an increasing number of students interested in starting their careers with F45.

“The partnership between The Institute and F45 is very exciting as it will open the door for our students to learn more about starting their careers at F45 through lunchtime presentations and careers nights, as well as providing our graduates with the news of job opportunities at their local F45 franchises.”

Through its innovative team-based approach to functional training, the F45 system works by having a daily group workout of interval cardio and strength on a large plasma screen.

Classes are known for being fun, yet challenging, and are taken at set class times during the day.

The Institute is committed to providing students with careers when they graduate, and its Career Head-Start Service offers students the best chance of employment. Career Scouts enable students to connect with future employers and Fitness Industry Recruitment Expos (F.I.R.E. Nights) give students the chance to meet key industry employers face-to-face for a chance to make a good impression and secure their Trainer Experience placement to gain real, hands-on experience working with qualified Personal Trainers, which may even lead to being offered a job. The Institute also lists all of the current jobs on www.fitnesscareers.com.au, so students and graduates have access 24/7 to the latest openings.

Deutsch explains “the Australian Institute of Fitness is the largest fitness training provider in Australia, so our goal has always been to partner with the best athletes, trainers and companies to push the standard within our industry.

“We knew the Australian Institute of Fitness could help us do that.

“With F45, Institute graduates will get fast tracked knowledge on how to cater for a wide range of clients at once. By using the huge F45 database of exercises, they will gain access to the entire methodology of functional training and will receive an insight into how everyday life can be made easier through hard work with F45. They will learn confidence, team training and how to modify and correct individuals quickly and efficiently.”
