Registrations open for International Health and Fitness Forum

Tickets are now on sale for an event that will provide a forum for world class fitness and allied health practitioners to discuss, learn and work together.

The International Health and Fitness Forum promises an exceptional gathering of health, fitness and medical professionals who are the forefront of what is going to shape the future of health and fitness industries.

The event is being held on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th October 2011 at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The key topic for discussion this year is obesity prevention wih the Forum bringing together fitness and allied health professionals with world-class presenters and allied health and medical industry experts for a powerful and practical two day event.

Friday 28th October 2011 will feature a series of practical workshops where participants can increase their CEC points, learn exciting new skills and techniques some of which have never been seen in Australia before.

On Saturday 29th October 2011, there will be two separate seminar streams - one focused on fitness and health and the second focused on business.

Speakers at the Saturday event include:

• Jane Flemming, Commonwealt Games Gold Medallist and Olympian;
• Kerri Pottharst, Olympic Games Gold Medallist;
• John Symond, Founder and Executive Chairman, Aussie;
• Dr Kerryn Phelps, former President, Australian Medical Association;
• Dr Joanna McMillan, Channel 9 Today Show Nutritionist and Author;
• Joe Pollard, Chief Executive NineMSN;
• Michael George, Celebrity Personal Trainer;
• Dr Ken Crichton, Medical Director, Australian Ballet and Regional Doctor, Australian Institute of Sport;
• Paul Greenberg, Founder, Deals Direct.
