Dunsborough's Xscape at the Cape attraction up for sale
Western Australian attractions entrepreneur Douglas G. Campbell has announced plans to sell the Xscape at the Cape water and amusement park.
Opened in November 2012, the popular Dunsborough attraction in Western Australia’s Margaret River region features a features a waterpark, 18-hole mini golf course, the ‘Mine Shaft’ maze, trampolines; an 11 metre high 'vertical reality' Jungle Mountain; a large turreted Little Tykes Tiki Mountain KidZone area, with a Tiki Island Inflatable; and a Rio Grande Zamperla Kiddies Train and a range of retail and F&B outlets.
Campbell, founder of The Great Escape at Hillarys Boat Harbour and the man who introduced waterslides to Australian 35 years ago, told the Busselton-Dunsborough Mail that he was selling the property in order to further invest in his growing theme park business.
CBRE agents Ryan McGinnity and David Kennedy have been appointed to sell the freehold property.
