New Sydney Zoo announces official opening date

The new Sydney Zoo, located in Western Sydney has announced an official opening date of 7th December.

Sydney Zoo’s first animals - lions, cheetahs, hyenas, orangutans, chimpanzees and zebras - arrived back in September coming from from Melbourne Zoo, Singapore Zoo and from Taronga Conservation Society.

To attract membership, Sydney Zoo has partnered with Greater Western Sydney Giants Football Club.with the GWS Giants offering a three game membership.

Sydney Zoo has also partnered with the nearby water park attraction, Raging Waters offering special deals with membership to the new zoo.
