Burwood Council installs Moduplay UrbanFit outdoor equipment

Burwood Council, situated in Sydney’s inner west, has installed outdoor fitness equipment from Moduplay’s UrbanFiT range at Burwood Park.

The launch of UrbanFiT in 2019 by Moduplay has been welcomed with support from councils and other institutions across Australia. The new installation at Burwood Park is a great example of how the UrbanFit ranges come together to create truly dynamic, eye-catching, fitness areas for the outdoors.

UrbanFit offers a broad array of fitness activities through their three ranges – so that fitness areas full of interest and appeal to different users that have different needs can be created. Burwood Park features a selection from Trekko including the Dexterity Station, Jump Boxes, 'Bells' workout station and several items from the Euro Range.

A combination of Trekko and Euro elements work well together to create the complete workout achievable at this gym, including the below stations and components:

• Body 'bells'

• Sit-up & leg raise station

• Plyometric platforms

• Dexterity station

• Lat pull-down

• Chest press

• Leg press

• Crosstrainer

• Hip swing

Colour ranges are co-ordinated to bring any chosen combination together in a way that presents a flow of use to the community of users. Instructional signage is consistent across all designs for ease of interpretation.
