In ground trampolines installed at Cairns’ Tobruk Memorial Pool
Aiming to add a range of different attraction at Cairns’ Tobruk Memorial Pool, operator Belgravia Leisure has recently installed seven permanent in-ground trampolines.
The outdoor attraction is an addition to the Pool’s FlowRider Double artificial wave ride and will soon be augmented by 27-metre inflatable obstacle course on an adjacent grass area.
When Cairns Regional Council awarded the management contract for the redeveloped facility prior to its reopening in May last year it was on the basis that Belgravia Leisure would invest in a diverse array of leisure attractions.
Commenting on the new attractions, Centre Manager John Clark said it was about adding value to the facility.
Clark told the Cairns Post “it is more to create a family fun day, they can have a swim then come and have a jump.”
