Bounce Middle East launches Daybreaker morning activity event

Trampoline operator Bounce Middle East is launching a new morning activity program, Daybreaker, that combines fitness and dance.

The trampoline arena is mixing up “Dubai’s finest ravers, DJ, Club lights, Boxercise, Zumba, Cardio Blast, and Bounce Fit” for the free-jumping sessions at 7am, 8am and 9am.

Set to start on Saturday 6th February, the weekend event starts at sunrise and costs costs Dhs80 for an hour.

With research showing that 10 minutes of bouncing is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running, benefits of using the trampoline include coordination improvement, stress relief, muscle toning, and absorbing 80%of the impact that sports such as tennis may put on joints.

Opened in June 2014, Bounce’s Al Quoz venue features more than 80 trampolines and hosts performance trampoline classes, dodgeball games, basketball, wall climbing and big bag bombing access along with special events and children’s birthday parties.
