BFT spotlights recent impressive achievements

Australia’s fastest growing fitness franchise, Body Fit Training (BFT), have experienced another impressive year, from opening their first studios in the UK, to appointing Liz Andrews who is leading their expansion into Iberia/southwestern Europe, partnering with HYROX and making it onto AFR’s Fast Global list for 2023.

This month they have added several more achievements having opened their first studio in Hong Kong on 19th August and with a second studio to launch in the next few months.

BFT have also sold their first two territories in Malaysia and their first territories into Barcelona and Madrid.

BFT, which was founded by Cameron Falloon in 2017 has hit some major milestones since their launch. At present they have:

  • 175 studios open in Australia

  • 250+ studios open world wide

  • 600+ sold with a goal of 1000 by the end of 2024

  • 55,000 members world wide

Richard Burnet, Global Chief Executive of BFT advised “expanding our reach into Asia and across the UK and Europe is a big goal for us right now.

“We have been thrilled to see the warm reception that we have received internationally. We know that we have a great product, but it is great to see how many different cultures and communities have embraced it”.

BFT offer progressive strength and conditioning programs made accessible to the masses. The periodised training blocks of 10 weeks ensure that members achieve results, both in performance, strength and fat loss.

Each week, BFT programs aim to work all energy systems, all muscle fibre types and all fascial planes of movement - offering a full body workout. BFT use science and technology to drive positive outcomes for people at all fitness levels. They have also developed their own bespoke heart rate system allowing members to achieve better results by hitting the correct zones.
