Belgravia Leisure expands Coaching Zone franchise
Facility operator Belgravia Leisure has expanded its links with specialised group personal training program Coaching Zone.
After two years of research and development, Coaching Zone was officially launched in March 2016 and in less than two years, is now active in 22 locations across Australia including four Belgravia Leisure facilities.
A fitness franchise owned by the Belgravia Health and Leisure group, and run in an exclusive footprint inside fitness facilities, Coaching Zone is a specialised group personal training program combining training and coaching.
Coaching Zone offers a range of 45-minute workouts, all of which are followed by 15 minutes of coaching to review members’ progress and educate them on a range of lifestyle factors that can accelerate their results. An online meal planning portal, social events and community atmosphere makes Coaching Zone a welcoming and encouraging training experience for its members.
Among Belgravia’s own facilities, the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre in Melbourne was the first to launch the program was earlier this year, followed by Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Sydney and Loftus Recreation Centre in Perth.
Windy Hill Fitness Centre in Melbourne launched in November.
