Bankwest renews Perth’s RAC Arena partnership with new benefits for patrons
Perth’s RAC Arena and Bankwest have announced a renewal of their partnership, ensuring customers’ a continued enhanced fan experience at the ASM Global managed venue.
Bankwest first joined forces with RAC Arena as a Founding Partner in 2017, delivering exclusive customer benefits, such as a 10% discount on food and beverages.
The partnership has since evolved to provide fans the opportunity to access money-can’t-buy experiences, unique activations, and enhancing the event day experience.
Advising that both organisations were aligned in their focus of delivering standout customer experiences, RAC Arena General Manager, Michael Scott stated “we have a shared passion for a customer-centric design.
“The new Bankwest app and website was developed with the customer at the forefront, just like the event experience we aim for at the Arena.
“We’re excited about the additional benefit they have just introduced, where Bankwest customers can Skip the Queue for themselves and a friend at Entry A when they show their Bankwest MasterCard.
“They’ve reimagined banking, giving customers more time to focus on what they truly love. Combined with the in-venue benefits, this enables our guests to fully enjoy the broad range of live entertainment we have to offer.”
Bankwest’s Senior Manager of Sponsorships, Nikki Bower, noted that the collaboration is about creating extraordinary experiences for our shared customers, explaining "Bankwest has been part of the fabric of WA for more than 130 years, and we remain committed to supporting our home state through partnerships that are important to our customers, colleagues, and communities.
“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Perth’s home of live entertainment, helping reflect our new 'Just Enough Bank' commitment with a sponsorship that goes beyond a logo and creates genuine value and unforgettable experiences for customers.
“Bankwest’s ambition is to be Australia’s favourite digital bank, delivering uncomplicated and genuinely useful experiences that seamlessly integrate into customers’ busy lives, allowing more time for what they really care about - such as attending their favourite concert or sporting event.
“Our ‘Just Enough Bank’ promise at RAC Arena is about taking that understanding of our customers’ busy lives and enhancing their experience and helping them make the most of that time for themselves - all in the background.
“That’s why Bankwest customers can enjoy perks such as skipping the queue at entry, receiving a 10% discount on food and drinks, and the opportunity to win exclusive VIP experiences with our Bankwest Best Seats."
