AusFitness Expo Melbourne to deliver array of fitness, wellness and bodypower offerings
The AusFitness Expo, being held 29th and 30th March at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, will be delivering an array of fitness, wellness and bodypower offerings. The festival combines world-class fitness demonstrations and sporting competitions with active-health and nutrition for the ultimate wellness experience.
Organisers of the AusFitness Expo note that as the largest fitness festival in the Southern Hemisphere, the event has a long history of attracting some of the best fitness and sporting talent. The 2025 event offers attendees fitness challenges, activations, meet and greets with renowned fitness and sporting greats, an impressive selection of free samples and much more.
Ticker holders gain automatic spectator entry to eight live sporting comps such as Powerlifting Championships, the ICN Oceania Muscle & Model Competition, StreetLifting, the CrossFit Expo Games and more.
As an inclusive festival, AusFitness Expo also offers adaptive competitions for differently abled athletes.
With thousands of fitness lovers, athletes and fitpros in attendance, the AusFitness Expo in Melbourne aims to inspire, educate and motivate attendees to live their healthiest life. When they’re not taking part in interactive fitness challenges, ticket holders will also have the chance to taste-test, sample and shop more than 100 of the premium brands in nutrition, supplements, activewear and training gear at significantly discounted prices.
Compete in the first-ever YOHKA 100metre Obstacle Sprint
The 2025 AusFitness Expo Melbourne will be debuting a highly anticipated new event - YOHKA (pictured above) - with one of their events reflecting the first ideation of the fitness racing component in the Modern Pentathlon at the LA Olympic Games 2028.
YOHKA delivers a fitness course option for those who want to push and test their fitness limits. YOHKA aspires to be a leading brand in the health, wellness, and adventure industry, offering a diverse range of thrilling events and will be introducing their 100metre Sprint Series at the Melbourne AusFitness Expo.
The short course will give participants a taste of what to expect from an Olympic course. It is the toughest 100 metres most people will ever do. With 12 gruelling obstacles designed to test speed, agility and power, many will be humbled.
