AusFitness Expo returns to Melbourne in March

Victoria’s largest annual fitness event is set to return to Melbourne next for a weekend of health, fitness and bodypower.

Being staged on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Festival combines world-class fitness demonstrations and sporting competitions with active-health and nutrition for the ultimate wellness experience.

As the largest fitness festival in the Southern Hemisphere, AusFitness Expo has a long history of attracting the best of the best when it comes to sporting talent and - this year, attendees will enjoy fitness challenges, activations, and meet and greets with world-famous fitness and sporting icons.

Ticker holders gain automatic spectator entry to eight live sporting competitions s such as Powerlifting Championships, the ICN Oceania Muscle & Model Competition, StreetLifting, the CrossFit Expo Games and more. As an inclusive festival, AusFitness Expo also offers adaptive competitions for differently abled athletes.

With thousands of fitness lovers, athletes and fitness professionals in attendance, the Expo aims to inspire, educate and motivate attendees to live their healthiest life. When they’re not taking part in interactive fitness challenges, ticket holders will also have the chance to taste-test, sample and shop more than 100 of the hottest brands in nutrition, supplements, activewear and training gear at massively discounted prices.

While Melbourne’s AusFitness Expo is more consumer focused, AUSactive will be delivering a gym owners and managers conference on Saturday and an Active Health Summitt for personal trainerss on the Sunday.
