AUSactive seeks non-Executive Director

The AUSactive board is looking to recruit one non-executive director, to ensure that the board has the requisite diversity and collective skills as set out in its board composition matrix, as well as to enable orderly board succession planning. The background, demographics and skills being sought by the board, are outlined in the candidate pack below.

The board is seeking candidates who are passionate about AUSactive’s vision and meet the key selection criteria outlined in the candidate pack. The director position to be filled will be a board appointed role for an initial two-year term, with the opportunity of further terms, up to a maximum term of seven years and it is intended that the preferred candidate will take office as soon as possible.

All applicants are requested to provide a current non-Executive Director resume as part of their application (preference is for maximum three pages) and a covering letter stating the skills and experience relevant to the selection criteria.
