Amanda Bracks' Management Training venture looks to empower fitness businesses, leisure centres and boutiques
Launching her new venture, Fitness Management Training, in the aftermath of selling her Soulful Fitness studio in the Sydney suburb of Lane Cove, Australian Fitness Industry Roll of Honour Inductee Amanda Bracks is sharing her experience to empower fitness businesses through valuable on demand sales, lead generation and retention training sessions and resources.
Bracks, who has been selling memberships, training staff and managing and owning fitness, wellbeing and leisure businesses since 1995, has unique experience in selling over 22,000 memberships, growing a fitness club to $4.5 million p/a and managed aquatic and recreation centres.
She was also the national promotion manager for Australia’s first ever direct debit company which was instrumental in the growth of the fitness industry, run the national marketing department in a fitness franchise, been the national sales specialist at a fitness franchise, owned her own yoga and Pilates studio with a turnover of $1.25million p/a, authored two marketing and sales books and presented in multiple countries around the world on fitness sales, marketing and management.
Having trained owners and their teams in Australia, New Zealand, India, China, USA and the UK she is extremely passionate about helping businesses grow and flourish to enable them to boost the health and fitness of their communities.
Bracks has conducted sales and lead generation training sessions with a range of brands including YMCA, Belgravia Leisure, Fernwood Fitness, Inner West Council, Maroondah Council, Vision Personal Training, Anytime Fitness Asia, the Health and Fitness Association (formerly IHRSA), ChinaFit, Re-Creation Health Clubs, Contours, Healthy Inspirations and many yoga and Pilates studios and independent fitness club owners.
