VMA Seeks Council Nominations
The Venue Management Association (Asia & Pacific) is calling for nominations for six vacant positions on its council.
To replace retiring councillors Ian Delmenico; Steve Hevern; Monique Marks; Penny McAuley; Steve Romer and Mark Zundans, the VMA is seeking to fill five 'active' member and one 'allied' member positions.
To nominate, members need to comply with a very achievable set of criteria.
Nominations are to be received by Monday 6th April, with the election to be held by online ballot prior to the Association's 2009 AGM on 19th May.
Those nominees who are subsequently elected by the membership hold office for a two-year period commencing immediately after the AGM.
Details are listed at the VMA website at www.vma.org.au
