VIPeople and Tabcorp partner to deliver customer service excellence

VIPeople has partnered with Tabcorp in Victoria to recruit and manage staff, and deliver an integrated staff management program to achieve customer service excellence at this year’s Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne.

VIPeople Managing Director Anthony Duffy explains "partnering with Tabcorp in a project of this nature is very exciting for us.

"It gives VIPeople an opportunity to demonstrate the three key elements of our service delivery: recruiting, training and managing the event workforce.”

Its recent engagement by Tabcorp for the Spring Racing Carnival continues VIPeople’s seven-year working relationship with the company in NSW and, importantly, expands VIPeople’s presence in Victoria.

Duffy and his team will now recruit, train and manage over 200 staff in Melbourne to supplement Tabcorp’s 300 strong workforce for the world-renowned racing carnival.

He concludes “we look forward to providing the best people, preparing them for the tasks and delivering outstanding service."

With the combined expertise of VIPeople and Tabcorp, the fully integrated customer service and systems training program will ensure that’s exactly what the guests at this year’s Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival will experience.
