Troon International to manage Ras Al Khaimah golf course
Ras Al Khaimah developer Al Hamra Group has partnered with world famous golf course operator Troon International to provide full management services to Al Hamra Golf Club.
Headquartered in Arizona, USA, with international offices in Japan, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland, Troon Golf-run courses regularly feature among the world's best.
Announcing the new partnership, Al Hamra Group General Manager Benoy Kurien advised “the introduction of Troon’s international civision will help Al Hamra enhance its leisure product offering and increase its global appeal in key feeder markets.”
Al Hamra Golf Club, designed by renowned architect, Peter Harradine, has risen to prominence since opening its doors a decade ago and now welcomes over 20,000 visitors from around the world every year. The course recently hosted the European Challenge Tour Event for the second consecutive year.
The course is centred around a series of four interconnected open water lagoons that form a par 72 championship course.
