AALARA releases COVID-19 Action Plan

The Australian Amusement, Leisure and Recreation Association (AALARA) is equipping members and attractions industry stakeholders with resources, including a COVID-19 Action Plan, to help operators face the business and operational implications of the Coronavirus crisis.

AALARA is steering members to measures offered by the Australian Government to address the crisis and, as it explains “the many financial and livelihood implications that we are seeing as a result”.

AALARA advise that “the challenge at this time is making sense of it all, so we've tried to collate all the information, to help you navigate and find the resources and assistance that you need.”

This checklist is designed to help businesses with their readiness to deal with the Coronavirus crisis, asking about policies that may be appropriate to put in place, risks within a business and outside.

AALARA last week announced the cancellation of its 2020 Annual Conference, with the event to now be held in May 2021.
