Total Fitness set to deliver affordable premium gym experience in Biggera Waters

Delivering what it says is "a bold new vision for what Australians should expect from a gym", Total Fitness has opened its flagship Platinum superclub at Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.

The luxury health and lifestyle destination has been designed from the ground up to unite elite performance, deep recovery, mindful movement and genuine community, offering premium inclusions as a standard feature.

Introducing the new club, a Total Fitness spokesperson advised "we've created something that simply hasn't existed in Australia before.

"Total Fitness brings together the best in training, wellness and lifestyle - it's like combining a world-class gym, a recovery clinic, a yoga retreat and a five-star lounge in one inspiring location."

The spokesperson explained that Total Fitness Biggera Waters sets a new national benchmark with its suite of amenities, housed in a modern, high-spec environment designed to motivate and rejuvenate. At its core is a pro-grade gym with the world's top strength and cardio equipment, built to rival the best training environments on the planet.

Members can access a vast athletic arena tailored for functional and free-form movement, ideal for HIIT, sled work, plyometrics and circuit-style sessions. The fully equipped strength and conditioning studio caters to everyone from serious athletes to those beginning their fitness journey with expert guidance.

For mind-body connection, the Reformer Pilates studio offers cutting-edge machines and expert-led sessions that build core strength, posture and flexibility, while the club's dedicated recovery centre includes hot and cold magnesium therapy pools, designed to accelerate muscle repair, boost circulation and reduce inflammation.

Members can also relax in multiple infrared saunas, a spacious steam room and enjoy advanced post-training rejuvenation with high-tech massage chairs and luxurious hydro massage beds, amenities rarely seen outside exclusive resorts.

To complement the physical transformation, Total Fitness supports progress with 3D body scans, delivering data-driven insights that help members track their results, optimise programs and stay motivated. For post-workout refuelling or social connection, the members-only lounge offers barista-grade coffee and a space to unwind in comfort and style.

At the heart of every visit is the Total Fitness community, a welcoming, energised group supported by some of the friendliest coaches and team members in the industry.

The spokesperson added "there's no joining fee, flexible membership options and everything, from Pilates to sauna, to coffee is included.

"Our goal is simple: to create an experience that feels as luxurious as a wellness retreat, but accessible enough to become part of your everyday life."

Beyond the Biggera Waters launch Total Fitness is investing further the Gold Coast over the next five years, with multiple new club sites already being secured. From there, the brand will expand nationally, aiming to disrupt the industry with its unique, all-inclusive approach.

The spokesperson went on to say "this isn't just a gym chain.

"This is a wellness revolution; one where every member gets access to everything they need to train, recover, and thrive."

Alongside its premium offerings, Total Fitness is deeply rooted in the local community. The brand has committed to providing free memberships to frontline workers including police, firefighters, veterans and military personnel and is actively partnering with local sports clubs, schools and youth organisations to give back and support wellbeing across the region.

The spokesperson concluded "we're not just opening clubs, we're building community hubs. Our facilities are designed to uplift the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of every person who walks through our doors.

"What we've built at Biggera Waters is unlike anything else in the country and we're just getting started. Total Fitness isn't just a place to work out, it's where transformation, wellness and belonging begin."
