Tender awarded for new Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub
The construction tender for Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub has been awarded to NSW-based Keystone Construction, with building construction set to commence shortly, Swan Hill Rural City Council has announced.
Advising that was a significant milestone for the Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub,
Mayor, Stuart King “after months of meticulous planning and collaboration with Heritage Victoria, we are excited to see the project moving into the construction phase.
“This development will enhance one of our region’s most treasured tourism destinations while providing an opportunity to celebrate our rich history and culture. We are proud to see this vision becoming a reality.”
Swan Hill Tourism and Cultural Hub will be located within the Pioneer Settlement, creating a dynamic space that reflects the heritage and vibrancy of the region.
Council has also unveiled a new concept fly through of the development, offering the community a virtual glimpse into the future of this landmark project.
