Technogym introduces new heart rate solution
World leading fitness and wellness equipment supplier Technogym has introduced TEAMBEATS, a new solution to manage and track exercisers' heart rates in all individual workouts, classes and circuits.
Completing Technogym’s mywellness suite of business apps for operators, TEAMBEATS combines variety, efficiency and fun in a single workout that is unlike any other group fitness experience. Members can improve fitness and maximise performance by working out to the beat of music tracks while the new technology helps to turn a group of individuals into a team that are motivated to reach a shared goal and allows trainers to provide instant feedback.
Trainers can easily set up heart rate-driven classes and circuits and manage time, music and performance metrics such as heart rate percentage, calories and MOVEs from the UNITY SELF kiosk. Participants will also be able to view their performance via digital screens while training.
