SWIMCON24 program launched and available for viewing

SWIM Coaches & Teachers Australia (SWIM) has launched their highly anticipated program for SWIMCON24 - Australia’s premier conference for swim coaches and teachers, aquatic professionals, and industry leaders.

The SWIMCON24 program is now live and available for viewing and promises an immersive experience featuring insights from expert speakers, and engaging discussions aimed at shaping the future of swimming.

Scheduled to take place from Friday 20th September through to Sunday 22nd September, the conference will be held at the Events Centre, Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

This marks the first time the organisation has held their flagship event on the Sunshine Coast, a popular swimming destination in itself, and the home to the Spartans and Swimming Australia High-performance Hub for Olympic and Paralympic athletes (UniSC), as well as other highly successful clubs such as St Andrews and Sunshine Coast Grammar.

SWIMCON24 offers a diverse range of sessions covering various aspects of the aquatic industry. Sessions are programmed for three streams – Coaching, Business of Learn to Swim, and Learn to Swim Teaching, and includes keynote addresses from leading keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and poolside demonstrations.

Brendon Ward, SWIM Chief Executive enthused "we're thrilled to unveil the SWIMCON24 program, which promises to be our most dynamic and impactful event yet.

"With a lineup of renowned speakers, a diverse range of topics, and practical pool sessions, SWIMCON24 is set to inspire, educate, and empower all those passionate about the world of swimming. We also have our full suite of courses and a swim school tour of eight local swim schools available for additional add-on tickets on Thursday 19th September.”

Delegates have the opportunity to attend networking opportunities, from the Welcome Function to the annual SWIM Australia Awards Gala, to connect with fellow attendees and other industry professionals to foster new relationships and partnerships.

Early bird tickets will be available to purchase until 15th July 2024.
