SWIMCON set to return to the Gold Coast with ‘Supernova’ event
Swim Coaches and Teachers Australia has announced that its premier education and networking conference, SWIMCON, is set to return to the Gold Coast again this year from 16th to 20th September at The Star, with super early bird tickets now on sale.
Titled ‘SWIMCON23 SUPERNOVA’, the event has been expanded to five days of action opportunities - growing from its previous four days - with conference speakers, course education, swim school tours and elite coaches, with popular Power Coaches in 4 Corner as its own add-on activity.
Traditionally held on the last day of the conference, the change in scheduling of Power Coaches, now allows delegates the opportunity to not miss any vital conference presentations and speakers.
Looking forward to the event, Swim Coaches and Teachers Australia Chief Executive, Brendon Ward “we are super excited to be bringing this new format to The Star this year.
“We have some superstar presentations and keynote speakers already locked in. We are set to light up the aquatic world with our international guests and presenters including members of the International Federation of Swim Teacher Associations (IFSTA) who will be attending with SWIMCON23 doubling as IFSTA’s annual meeting.”
The theme for this year ‘SUPERNOVA - Connect|Create|Celebrate’, aims to bring the swim industry together to network, learn, and rejoice with world class motivational speakers, while hearing from industry leaders and professionals.
The showcase event of the year will be topped off with an awards celebration.
Formerly known as ASCTACON, the Swim Coaches and Teachers Australia is distinct from Swimming Australia's SwimCon event.
