South East Leisure secures multiple Aquatic and Recreation Awards
South East Leisure, City of Greater Dandenong’s wholly owned subsidiary which manages the Council’s leisure facilities, was the recipient of three major accolades at the 2025 Aquatic and Recreation Victoria Awards, held on Friday 13th June.
Noble Park Aquatic Centre (NPAC) was honoured with two awards, including Health Club of the Year Award and the highly coveted Facility of the Year – Medium, recognising the centre’s exceptional member growth, and consistent high quality service delivery.
Springers Leisure Centre was also recognised for its creative programming, with Inflatable World – Springers Leisure Centre awarded the Innovation Award, celebrating its innovative and engaging approach to leisure programming for families and children.
These awards are a tribute to the dedication and passion of South East Leisure’s staff and their ongoing commitment to delivering on the organisation’s purpose: to create active, connected communities.
South East Leisure Chief Executive John Clark shared “these awards are a reflection of the exceptional effort our team puts in every day. From growing our health and fitness offerings at NPAC to delivering fun, innovative experiences at Springers, we’re proud to support our community in staying active and connected.”
The Aquatic and Recreation Victoria Awards are the industry’s peak celebration of excellence in the leisure and aquatics sector, with hundreds of nominations received from across the state.
